Once again, just my opinion on the safest route for troops to go.

We were told to stay home for a week during the riots and when it was clear you would see National Guard troops armed on the corners.   

Because it's family you probably won't have any court issues regarding that but ordinarily it could be.

I've been face to face with Russian troops and in Eastern Block Countries long ago.

Being Active Duty I know that we are aggressively increasing our troops which is a high indicator of “plans for war”.

Then it is your job through deductions and other means to keep your tax bracket low so this is below the 23.8% that is taxed for capital gains ordinarily.

While military cuts seem unlikely in the next 4 years, even something as simple as troop deployment (North Korea anyone?)

The ocean is a very big place and it takes a long time to move troops.

If some unit of 20k troops was at Fort X for the last decade or more, and next year is moving to Fort Z, great, that means a whole bunch of population and jobs are about to be created at Fort Z that haven't yet been built into home prices.

I have troops that have pay issues all the time.
