., Is it in a trendy neighborhood, or a more working-class neighborhood?

If you see how many Nvidia GPU is being sold ya some few guys are become millionaire LOL they build AI Data Center everywhere and I would have free job until I am 82 years young, that's what I see from the trend LOLCongrats for Austin though, the trend is very far from stopping.

Here is a trend I am seeing in all markets....COVID and Post-COVID era STR owners are selling because of many reasons (headaches/lack of cashflow/increased condo assessments/not there cup of teas for business). 

My rental is in Ohio City, trendy neighborhoods are preferred.   

I have been investing in Milwaukee for 15 years and the trend is clear, I like what I see a lot.

Now those neighborhoods are hot, trendy, and gentrified.... 

Their site has a lot of "trendy" stuff like using WTF is a DSCR loan and such.

Tends to attract a younger /trendy crowd.

And if you want to sell and the floor is not the "in thing" you can float something trendy on top.

This seems to be a trend I am seeing and people are liking.
