Do you currently work with any property mangers, construction team, or reliable contractors? 

When you invest in one a month (like we do), they form a classic bell curve over time, averaging stronger returns than the stock market. 

While I don't personally cover the Scranton area, my team and I work extensively with investors in the Philly suburbs, and I’m always up for a great real estate conversation.

Your focus on the Dallas market and Fix and Flip projects sounds solid, especially with the DIY approach and having an interior designer on your team. 

I manage properties remotely and can handle all the leasing/management pretty easily with my team.
