I have 2 homes on the Eastside - AC unit was stolen before tenant moved in (thieves climbed a 7 foot fence), attempted break in with the other house (alarm scared intruder away). 

As I've said here in the forums in the past, I was part of the Home Depot Seeds program once, and I got thousands of dollars of merchandise every month to write about it.

I rented out a tiny commercial space to some ladies that wanted to open a retail clothing store. 10 days after move in they had a falling out and one of them moved her portion of the merchandise out of the store the next day.

Come to find out this guy was a legit guy, but his company identity had been stolen and the "person" I was dealing with was using all of his personal and business info. 

He tells me the property has been vacant since October 2017.Note that Oceanpointe deposited rents from October 2017 through March 2018.3/28/2018 - I sign the contract to change PMs to Wilmoth Group;4/2/2018 - The Wilmoth Group PM sends me many photos of the destroyed property, including what appears to be an abandoned stolen vehicle on the premises; they estimate a cost of $12,000 to $15,000 to repair all the issues; PHOTOS4/2/2018 - Reply from Clayton promising to make needed repairs4/3/2018 - Clayton Morris emails me that he is checking out the house this morning with his team; that it’s a good property and that OP will fix it on their dime.

What if the “crypto coins” are stolen? 

They of course are looking into recourse to recoup their stolen money.

New AC units due to the existing units being stolen the day of closing.

She said she will work with the Post Office to track it down but asked me if the check has been cashed and who signed it because it was stolen.

This could be showing clues of false docs or stolen identity.
