That is why PreREO requires the defaulted note buyer/partner to file for a court hearing requesting a third party independent receiver to be given court approval to accept rent on behalf of the actual owner of record and divert the funds to you, the note buyer prior to taking title via a completed foreclosure.

Nevermind the unlikelihood that any ONE of them is appearing in the top 10 that often (especially at the rate we're getting bookings, I know we're not showing up on the 1st page nearly that often), it's statistically impossible for 30 listings to show up in the top ten 50% of the time even if our 30 listings were the only ones in the entire market, instead of there being 20,000 other listings.It makes no sense.

Perhaps it has something to do with the statistical average where in Australia, if you are borrowing 75% on property in the cities or suburbs, it is almost impossible to get positive cash flow ANYWHERE, whereas BP subscribers are aware that in MANY parts of the USA, the opposite is true.
