Rotunda West is not that far from Cape Coral and I am not sure if that is part of the reason, that people are waiting on the side lines once they found out property value is on the decline. 

Just don’t know if I should sit in the side lines or get involved.

The value is continuing to increase on Hilton Head, but with buyers sitting more on the sidelines with interest rates, deals are being done in this market that can only be done right now.

Doing so would allow sidelined capital to be more aggressive and help alleviate the consistent housing shortages faced nationwide.Bottom Line: Inflationary fears are moderating, suggesting a more stable economic environment than previously expected.

Be sure to have proper reserves on the sideline incase rehabs go over budget or timelines get extended.
