Siblings are doing the average corporate work life like myself. 

This is my first time posting in a forum and I'm looking forward to your responses.I have great tenants in a duplex, two siblings in A &B. 

Must just be me, because as 1 of 9 siblings all I can think of is all the practical jokes to be played!

My younger sibling and I want to keep the property and possibly buy out my other two siblings from another marriage since they have no interest in keeping the property.

It would save families from trying to navigate San Antonio and make it to the events on time; It would allow them to spend more precious time with their graduate-because time with their sons and daughters and siblings and spouses is very limited on that weekend; and it would provide a year-round opportunity for you to keep the unit filled and cash flow.

My dentist has 7 siblings.

Befor that they didn’t have some problem for using this land and houses, but when one of them lost house the siblings start to disturb Bank’s client who wants to buy it.

My 2 cents: I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and go there frequently to visit siblings that still reside there.

They are siblings and file taxes separately.Joint Tenant 'A' has lived in the property for 9 years and claims as their primary residence for tax purposes.Joint Tenant 'B' lives elsewhere and makes no claim for tax purposes against the property and never has.Question:When they sell the property, can Joint Tenant 'B' do a 1031 exchange with their half of the sale proceeds?
