@Cody L.I agree with the sentiment personally but I have made some serious funds(to me anyway) with clients where this functionality was needed because of some stodgy entity involved (bank, govt office etc) whose policy would only allow them to receive or send information in person, by snail mail, or by fax.

I have actually seen someone buy a multi-million dollar home just to tear it down, so I understand the sentiment on infinite money in some cases, this is more of the 3 unit building near the city at an outrageous price compared to properties almost 1.5x as large.

There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits).
