Hey Jean, I (selfishly) think you are on the right track because I am on the exact same path.

We all like making a profit, but cheering for the fall of others to profit is selfish and short sighted.

We can not be selfish now. 

That to me is extremely selfish and beyond rude.

That comes off as either selfish or you are completely uniformed about what has been happening the last month.Many people argue that rent control and eviction laws already take away landlords rights and income.

Also use my local credit union that I have a good working relationship with to buy out my loan at a lower rate by a quarter percent saving me long term money at the end of forbearance.I know it all sounds a little selfish, but.....Thank you for taking the time to read.

We do stress that even though we may not be able to evict right now, this too shall pass, and there will come a time where this will affect their credit and they wont be able to rent, nor purchase a home with this on their credit.Some (not all) tenants are selfish and self absorbed, and only think about themselves.

Our bigger goal is to have a long term investment in areas that actually appreciate in value over 10,15,20 years (I understand the Fl Keys may not be the greatest investment area for us to maximize upward trajectory but selfishly we have always dreamed of having a place in the keys).

It is illegal, selfish and flat out ignorant without any regard to your fellow person that has to drive the same streets as you do.Some wonder what is the problem and why are people so paranoid bishing about bandit signs.I LOVE drives through neighborhoods.
