I can secure the financing, but would struggle with the down payment funds.

I don't care how "difficult" things are I find a way to persevere and have a good network and support system.

Secondly, I would find a firm that has good systems and processes set up. 

I think a waiting list/having a system in place to fill them will help our vacancy rate.

@Dani Beit-Or If I was an LP and learned one of the GP's believed it was necessary to implement systems that required two signatures for checks/payments over $1K, my immediate thought would be: Why does the person raising capital have such little confidence in the builder/partner?
