We're trying to best screen the applicants and my original standard was 3x monthly income and credit scores of 650+.I recieved my first applicant which is a group of 3 (couple and their sister).

I had one give me a $1795 on one property and another one give me $1600 on the same size house just a couple blocks away.  

Out of that voucher amount, they will have a utility and appliance work sheet that provides a cost for each utility or appliance not provided by a landlord for each bedroom size.

Everyone knows realtors if they are consumer, it's very unlikely a cold call is going to warrant even an answer these days with call screening.
