I am headed back to my properties in Brazil where we went through a collapse of the Economy because of a huge political, corruption scandal involving enormous kickback schemes to the International builders of the Olympics in 2016. 500 Congressmen and women, Senators and even the President went to prison.

After which, we had the Savings and Loan Scandal and S & L bailout.I like the status quo.  

Born as a suspected bastard to an old carpenter and his young wife, raised on building sites, never married in an age when not being married was a scandal in his community, broke as hell all his life, often associating himself with prostitutes, crazies, and the diseased. 

The goverment stimulus project was gigantic in size and will come probably at the price of inflation, yet the distribution of the funds largely failed the intent to reach people who need it the most and is probably a corruption scandal in itself. 

In my local market there recently was a big scandal about someone who was ripping a bunch of investors off.

Regardless, some people fly out and I understand that, especially with the big scandals lately! 

But my gut tells me that the actual "success" rate of guru program "graduates" is scandalously low.I can not justify spending $41,000 on a guru course because it introduced me to the concept of real estate investing when the same can be accomplished by spending $10 on a book.
