hi - i own a few investment properties, bought using convential financing - is it possible to put them into an LLC without changing the financing? if so, could anyone point me to any recommended articles that may help me understand the pros/cons of using an LLC versus keeping the properties in my personal name

William,

You are right many people sue happy here in Texas, and if they sue the LLC, they will name everyone attach to the LLC. An insurance policy is the best asset protection.
