While Orlando is a huge STR market, I'm also aware that it is currently a tough and saturated market. 

I came from Florida and the market, while it’s hot (no pun intended), it can be over priced and over saturated!

Removal and examination after ceiling drywall removal revealed the water tracked along a joist and saturated the ceiling from a focal point along the joist.

Financing for 1-4 units is saturated, and there are hundreds of lenders in that market. 

In over-saturated areas like Scottsdale, hosts are often asked by guests to discount their nightly rates (especially for extended stays) and many hosts accept the discounted rates because they know that if they deny the request, the guest will simply book with a different host that will extend a discount.  

There are zero zoning restrictions, so the market is beyond saturated. 

Given how many gurus are marketing and pushing consumers to get into Airbnb arbitrage it has created a massive amount of saturation across many markets.

I want to compare these ratios.I also want a summary of features of the “high” category above.lastly, I want to know where those high properties are clustered, and if the market is saturated or not via comparison of supply vs demand growth.Hope that helps!
