What have people been doing to find new buyers or new RE groups which are still active?

Try asking local RE group or on Facebook classifieds locally if anyone or the community has recommendations for agents that have a great track record.

Now they are renting for $1800/month & are trying to pay down their student loans so they can re-group. 

I personally would try to get out of them as quickly as possible, regroup and come up with a plan before making my next move.
