The foundation was already approved, permitted and finaled years ago for a 3400 sf house, and its solid and I won't be building directly on the overhang edge; but rather back away from the edge a few feet to prevent any load issues all the weight will be on the longer sides of the existing footing.

Worcester/Lowell are examples a bit outside of Boston but are markets appreciating rapidly and are a bit more accessible than Boston. 

Would real estate prices in certain regions rise rapidly due to demand from both local and international buyers? 

Focus on the big moves: security, renovations, and cutting dead weight. 

Given the size of portfolio needed that presses a need for it to be mostly A class assets to mitigate operational weight, so it could push closer to $80m in acquisitions. 

Other people might look at the proof I'm providing and realize that it holds more weight than what people "think" will happen, so I'm posting for anyone who might be into that.

There are pros and cons but i believe for most properties the cons out weight the pros.  

Not so much ;)So now investors are feeling the weight of dog properties…be it higher interest rates, non paying tenants, property values falling, government intervention (especially in CA), etc.
