With the exception of some small markets in the Southeast, places like Cleveland are the only major metro areas where a regular investor can find cash-flowing assets with a mix of appreciation. 

The more time you spend talking about other options and try to build up the negatives, the less time you are spending on what you fell are the positives of your own idea.If you believe that you are onto a great idea using L2P option contracts and forming partnerships where someone else provides 100% of the money while you provide 100% of the real estate-related functions, then start it up and make it work.  

Always good to know of other companies who provide products and services!

Great use of space and provides additional income to offset the monthly payment.Orlando, and many other cities, have a "missing middle" problem in regards to housing. 

As some of the responses have intimated, I have received mixed responses about undertaking BRRRs in the current higher interest marketplace.

That's great that he travels so much but ask him to provide where he rented and where he slept during that time. 

The policy must provide a minimum of $[amount] in liability coverage.

Unfortunately, I think you should eat the cost on this.If you have a door that can lock, you should provide the key.
