Then we get them fixed up with crews that my project manager runs and we fill them with tenant buyers.

Some other investors had purchased it to flip it and decided they had too many projects going to handle one this big.

When you start to do a lot of projects, 50% is a lot of money to go out when you are scaling, finding deals, and doing all the other footwork.
