I'm in Coppell and Southlake , but travel all over North Texas if you want to meet up.All of the cities you mentioned are probably good targets and where the better action is.Flips are not easy right now, so I would keep open on the 1st one to any and all those cities.

I'm currently house hacking my multifamily in Danbury and have another duplex in Brookfield CT that could’ve been a house hack deal as well.My 2 cents are: Stay prepared (preapproved) and on top of the market because when the good opportunities come, you have to jump on it.

If there was ever an incident and legal action was taken against you, your defense team is the lawyers from a big insurance company and they're in the business of paying as little as possible. 

Hi Owen, it’s not all that uncommon for us to get a call in the morning and prepare all of the exchange docs for a closing the same day.

Forward projections essentially...Pretty much figuring out what your ideal multifamily property costs and when you'd be prepared to purchase it based upon your investment strategy.

Don't even think about preparing a tax return without using Turbo Tax or equivalent.
