Thinking of hiring cold callers from the Philippines because it’s more economical.

We email or otherwise communicate callers our minimum criteria, income, credit rating ect. to discourage frivolous lookers.

And more and more Im getting PHONE calls (often somehow automated I think as some of them go directly to voice mail) and some of the calls are clearly foreign VA callers.

Calling Florida Power and Light, told me I am caller number 475, please wait patiently, and my cell phone had 30% battery left, with no way to recharge. 

The phone number will be forwarded to a virtual assistant who'll take some general info about the property and weed out the cranks, pranks, fakers and flakes. 

If the caller or open house visitor are not represented, you must close the deal to represent them otherwise you are working for free.

Other than Vulcan, RedX and espresso, which phone leads data would you recommend for an investor cold caller rather than a realtor?

I also want to be able to followup with these callers.

I'm just starting to do direct mail. on my yellow letter I added a google voice number. so now I have a problem with google voice phone not ringing and not letting me set a voicemail greeting. so im looking for a company or app that would give me a number and forward it to my personal number an also will allow my callers to leave a vm. any advice or opinions??
