Granted, this was my personal 90 second due diligence, but the initial sniff seems like they are a legit company doing real deals, and if I were actively looking for new syndication investments, it would prompt me to want to learn more.Only thing that would keep me a bit skeptical on a call is their 2016 founding. 

He is very active in investing personally and most of his agents are too.

I haven’t personally heard of anyone going the SB1079 route, but I have done some research on it.

Homelessness is a significant issue worldwide, and my 26 years of experience working in a social service agency have shown me the critical need for support.

As noted above, having an agent that is familiar with investing can help in how the investing market looks versus how buying a personal property looks.

I'm sure each person has their preference, but I'm curious to know what people's experiences have been and if they have seen differences in vacancy rates using one vs the other.

You could use an LLC, Trust, personal name, etc.
