Not sure if Pace does big events like this but he certainly sells his info and his timing was perfect for SUB to  rates rose and it was a perfect pitch for him at the time.Just like when I started in RE in 75 by 79 to 90 when rates sky rockets sub to or owner finance or wraps of our properties were 80% or more of the transactions..
