Aloha Mark,   we've been doing this for years using various software packages like Propstream and others.   

I would love to hear from other more experienced in the field about alternative ways to financing that I should consider besides the HELOC, maybe also hear from investors on how the process of bringing investors onboard works.

They have a payments 3rd party website, but it's hard to find the link from their main website. 

I just posted an article that goes over everything he claims and why none of it holds water based on other stuff he has claimed on his website.

No decision yet, but it's looking good for the investor, as they were able to find about 20 other houses in the area that have been operated as STRs for years with no complaints.
