Steadily does not offer insurance in Florida

The asking price was 125,000 and after I did a walkthrough with my agent I offered 100,000 because the house needed some serious work done.

The city offers a mix of high appreciation potential in certain areas and solid cash flow in others.

I find properties on the mls and send them to the agent with the offer price.

I'd check local STR FB groups and see if you have a local Real Estate Club.You can offer your services there, maybe for free in exchange for the experience.

I second @Erik Estrada Chase offers great programs for business, multifamily, and conventional loans for commercial properties.

The big players dont want junk real estate that these notes  are attached to.

I see what you mean about offering a higher return to a potential investor, especially if they are not familiar with my character/experience in the industry. 

We might have an offer as an AITD but also want to know if we should even consider an offer like this.
