SFH/LTR turn-key is a great way to invest. 

. - Established and actively managed AirBnB's will continue to be consistent income producers with a gradual growth in returns. 

But, guess what they are not loan officers or underwriters so they turn out to be  wrong.

For small MFH/SFH you have to find the deal, inspect, estimates and decide what to do, make a deal, get financing, get contractors, manage contractors, pay contractors, then turn it over to a property manager.

So no Board, nothing to manage except State law...the organization docs for the HOA should have identified when the developer maintained control, the terms for it to be turned over and at turnover you would establish a legislative body which would be the Board...

could be just like a regular deal, but if you're up for pitching, presenting and educating a seller on the tax and other advantages of seller financing, you just might turn it into a seller finance deal.

Most states require them to produce a report with that data to give to the client.So why is having an algorithm look at the rental data illegal, but an individual person look at the data not?
