The socialists want to control every facet of your life, because they're smarter than the average dummy peasant (you and me).

It's this kind of spending (and Michelle's trips) that get the peasants riled up.As for politicians getting themselves elected, Meg Whitman just broke the record, spending 119 million of her "own money" proving that she's not bought off by special interest groups.

The current group of socialists would like nothing more than to take guns away from all the peasants, but they don't do it because doing so is political suicide.

Keep it simple.Heat, light, and indoor running water are too complicated for most tenants also, but the socialists want the peasants to have these things.

Current assets and the additional assets I am looking at for rentals (non-commercial) are all older homes.  

How to raise money, grants and wealth for 2 - 4 unit family Non-Commercial Property which needs 5 major improvements owned by  Minority Home Owners in less than 6 months for house hack or renting?

The goal is to eventually own multiple investment properties/individual entities-LLC (commercial, non-commercial in various states) and be under one Umbrella Company. 

A few ideas to look into: starting with a house hack, BRRRR investing on non-commercial properties, mobile home park investing, large multifamily property investing, self storage investing, wholesaling, flipping, becoming an agent part-time, etc.

I can still obtain non-commercial financing as this is only my 3rd investment property so I’ll benefit from the better rate.

Or how does it work with non commercial properties since commercial properties are 4+ units
