It’s exciting to hear about your plans to dive into this field, and Chicago is a fantastic market to explore once you move there.It sounds like you’re on the right track with your interest in House Hacking, Mid-Term Rentals, Short-Term Rentals, and the BRRRR strategy.

This tenant is rude, vulgar, always has an attitude, complains about everything, have to constantly remind them to send me needed documents, blasting music all night to the point where cops were called on them by outside neighbors. 

If you’re thinking about diving in, I say go for it—but maybe don’t start by living in a closet.
