Current rent growth trends reveal variations across major cities:>San Francisco saw moderate growth at 4%, still below its pre-pandemic highs.

I would say light rehab $30-$40/sqft - Moderate rehab $40-$60/sqft - Heavy rehab - $60-$100/sqft depending on what is needed

I was asked to moderate when they first started it and I gave up after a week.
