Hello, i am on the same mission, we can both run a buildium.com account and list our houses there. 

I would let them know that you have documented proof that they screwed up, and if they won't waive the fees then you will make it your personal mission in life to leave a negative review (with proof) on any website that allows reviews. 

But it hasn't really solidified - I'm having a hard time envisioning how it would work, what the mission would be, etc.
