On the home-page, open the "Networking" drop-down menu and select "Find a CCIM".

Form the menu bar, go to Network - Events & Happenings

There's a book available from the menu above called 'How to invest with low or no money down' which might help.

From here you click on the drop down menu and select "Property Type".  

If so, click that and then the drop down menu should include "profile options" -- click on that and look at the menu on the left of the next screen.
