I have learned that a lot of problems stem from poor communication, and this problem might mend itself if both of you understood each other. 

I am on the mend and all my kids are in school now.

Once the house is sold, in order to try and mend the relationship with the grandkids, she might even go to court on their behalf and lie for them against you.

This once happened to mend it cost me $400K to litigate.

You are trying to 'mend fences' with this neighbor for less than $100.  

I thought about posting this in the tax forum but realized this is more along the lines of a general or landlording topic.Do you guys do patch/mend/repairs on a property shorty after escrow to count it as the "cost basis" for the property, or wait a little while (with or without tenants already in place) to do it and just count it as a repair for that year.

@Joe Mende I don't believe you can have more than one FHA loan at a time.

I agree with Amanda.I have seen people on the mend for 8 years and working.
