I am glad you highlighted the management piece as this is a crucial part of buying in another market.Excited that you are stabilized and are generating cash flow on that deal. 

That's the biggest piece that can surprise investors.

The wall street journal published a piece suggesting home prices are overprice and will likely fall. 

Mail would go to the office or another location. 

As a PMC, we allow tenants to:1) Mail in rent (we charge a Processing Fee)2) Deposit at our bank (we charge a Processing Fee, but less than the mailing one)3) Use Zelle, Venmo, etc. 

If it is a lease covenant, send them a violation letter by US Mail with proof of delivery required and/or post the notice on the door in a sealed envelope with their name on it, taking a photo to prove delivery. 

Yoru bank probably wants yoru mailing address to match your ID.

Also, was there a trust, is it going through probate, are other family members wanting to get their piece of equity? 

I’ve joined some of these before & they often feel like sales pitches or marketing ploys, but I won’t be pumping people for information or trying to make a mailing list or any of that.
