Happy New Year.I grew up in Dallas, graduated at Lake Highlands,  and my sister manages a complex in old East Dallas actually.  

The beaches, rivers, lakes, and waterfalls are beautiful and enjoyable to go to.  

I feel it's important to get that information into the investor complaint to give whoever reviews the allegations a 30,000 foot view of the variety of warning signals on full display by this outfit. 

I've even been discouraged while joining grant funded programs allegedly for "low income" buyers. 

I would like to network with anyone with experience in Port Huron, Lexington and along the Thumb Coast of Lake Huron to Caseville. 

Based on your post it kind of sounds like you want a beach/lake house but like the idea of it making money too.

It’s amazing to see how much the market has changed since then..and I remeber reading an article in Forbes that talked about how travelers often prefer unique stays with great locations.A friend of mine up in Lakewood had a client who tried an Airbnb in a condo overlooking Sloan’s Lake.

If salt lake city is a low cap rate market then its impossible.
