My advice is to try to be more specific with your inquiry and your boy-box in general, to achieve the best results. 

Researching the property on county property tax inquiry website it says the “Property Taxes Sold” for 2020-2023.

I’ve looked on the county’s property tax inquiry, it’s listed the 2020-2023 property tax years as “property taxes sold”.

Some lenders conduct internal soft pulls and don’t release reports because it’s just an “inquiry” others will do full hard pulls with Factual Data or Xactus for example and those generally are full hard reports that can be shared (should be at least..)

The quality of inquiries on facebook is ridiculously low because it's ridiculously easy.
