Do you prefer Flips or Rentals?

Being the military, it had that definite institutional overtone to it, but the basic premise was the same.I recently toured a new senior's complex in which on end - for those who were still relatively self sufficient - had individual units (bedroom, sitting room / kitchenette ... effectively a bachelor apartment but without a full kitchen) clustered together in groups of 4 with their own common room / kitchen and courtyard.On the other side of the complex were units for those who required more assisted living.  

I'm currently listed for short term rentals and am starting to get a few bookings into April and May...would hate to cancel BUT would take MTR as preference.

Unique pieces are great for "Flair" and individuating your property but if it fits in a suitcase and isn't fixed to the wall or floor then it will not be long for your STR.

Alamo REIA also hold events trying to connect individuals from different specialties within the real estate investing space.

Same property listed water bill paid by landlord so how much does it cost to put individual meters for each property so cost can be moved to tenants? 

For home protection I prefer a 20 gauge pump action.

Hey guys, I’m newer around the Conroe area and I’m looking to connect with fellow real estate individuals, Contractors, investors, etc.I’ve been an electrician for 10 years mostly in the commercial space, I’ve doubled in general contracting and project management in Utah, but have moved down here in search of better opportunities.

We're willing to live almost anywhere in the greater Sacramento area based on what we can afford, provided of course that the property is in a decent neighborhood that has a good chance of attracting responsible tenants.As for budget, I believe we could get a conventional loan for properties up to $600k, but my strong preference is to find a distressed property (or seller!)
