Just read the words:"cash" "on" "cash" "return".Cash in divided by cash out, all cash and cash ONLY (and actual cash...not a % based on some arbitrary factorization), all within the first year only.So, if I put $100,000 of my own CASH (there's that word again) in, and I got $50,000 in money in the form of CASH (...again that word.

They can utilize your wiring, but they need to contact ATT/Verizon whatever themselves for cable.FWIW - I wouldn't replace a working refrigerator.
