It's not always an option, but when it works out, it can make a big difference.I get that every situation has its quirkes, and sometimes the usual routes just don't cut it.

Most people are doing it incorrectly, so do your own independent research and don't follow the crowd, because right now--as least with respect to this particular topic--the blind are leading the blind.I just wrote a client advisory on this subject yesterday but can't post here.

If you create some type of Canva book for your property you can include most instructions and quirks in there and send to the guest prior to the arrival.

The loan information is the only area that I believe I may have messed up as I put the total fees from the quote ($6799.91) as the points but I'm pretty sure that would be incorrect.
