So is the idea have the total rent be the rent plus prior years usage (one statement that says $755), or give them a statement that says $700 rent + $55 heat hot water?

It costs about $2000 in Destin, FL for instance to convert a regular residential use to STR use permit if it's the first time the house being coverted for usage.

Which is good for the original Retail Subdivision usage, but not for Storage being one of the properties.The way I do things I would just add it to my normal property checklist.
