I was first introduced to real estate investing about a year ago by a coworker and ever since I have immersed myself in it as much as possible.

Needless to say I immediately immersed myself in research (really I geeked out for a minute on podcasts and blogs) about real estate and met a like-minded individual with experience to partner with and started doing it myself.

I have immersed myself heavily in studying real estate investing and understanding how to properly evaluate deals.

Immerse yourself in them and in networking.Be intentional about who you spend time with...having/seeking aspirational friends can change your life.

I am always looking for people that are immersed in this industry that I could look to as a mentor and learn from.

I joined BP about a year ago before buying my first home and the amount of information was overwhelming and I did not fully immerse myself until about a month ago when I watched a BP podcast (90 day challenge).

My first glimpse was from Rich Dad Poor Dad (of course) and since I read that book about 2 months ago I've just immersed myself in the Bigger Pockets world.
