The relationship is turning into a Jerry Springer show with some very immature behavior.  

And call me immature, but I absolutely would not renegotiate a signed sales agreement  just because they made a greedy mistake.  

We bought into the program and were signed up to meet with a coach but couldn't get our schedules to work after the initial phone call and he became rude and immature so we cancelled with him but kept the videos for $495.As I went through the videos I was disgusted to discover that the videos were teaching techniques that were years old and not only not good, but could actually cause problems!.

He sent me that nasty email full of immature name calling over a lousy $400.

Generally you wouldn't start depreciating an animal right away if it's immature; the in service date would be when the animal reaches maturity -- i.e. when able to be bred or when able to be milked, whatever is applicable.On owned land, single-purpose agricultural structures are 10 year property and multi-purpose agricultural structures are 20 year property (as opposed to 39 year for commercial buildings). 

Then your unit would freeze, and you'd have a lot more on your plate than just poor communication with an immature tenant.  

Being that we deal primarily in student housing we knew immature tenants were going to come with the territory which is why we planned on and currently do require security deposits at lease signing and parental guarantor on all leases.

That is a very immature mindset and I would have failed at anything else I attempted.
