We bought into the program and were signed up to meet with a coach but couldn't get our schedules to work after the initial phone call and he became rude and immature so we cancelled with him but kept the videos for $495.As I went through the videos I was disgusted to discover that the videos were teaching techniques that were years old and not only not good, but could actually cause problems!.

Generally you wouldn't start depreciating an animal right away if it's immature; the in service date would be when the animal reaches maturity -- i.e. when able to be bred or when able to be milked, whatever is applicable.On owned land, single-purpose agricultural structures are 10 year property and multi-purpose agricultural structures are 20 year property (as opposed to 39 year for commercial buildings).

Being that we deal primarily in student housing we knew immature tenants were going to come with the territory which is why we planned on and currently do require security deposits at lease signing and parental guarantor on all leases.
