I know it's a number game for me and I know the seller trying to ignite the fire.

When that fire in your belly is ignited by your willingness to contribute to, rather than take from society, the money will come regardless of what you do in business.You'll see me saying real estate is unique unlike any other business.

I originally picked up Rich Dad, Poor Dad and that ignited the education phase into real estate investing.

Real estate investing ignites my senses, cannot wait for the adventure.

I was allowed to live with my family members for free and stack my money to buy my first house which is what ignited my real estate business. 

I have same issue so i have restricted it in all leases  I suggest put in lease they can use other forms of weed ie food, lotion, pills, etc but not ignition nor anything that creates spark or ignites like cigarettes etc.Also i tell all my tenants that my banker (and my insurance company) says my loan is fdic insured and thus is using federal law which requires me via my loan and bank not to allow any weed or federally illegal substances on property.Also posted signs at all entrances. 

The ignition source must be a minimum of 18 inches above the floor.  

With a 5% down loan you would need to save up about 10k for the downpayment + closing costs (try to get seller to pay these) and have $5k on hand for basic repairs or ignition you’re responsible sign up for a 0% intro APR credit card. 

Is there an electronic ignition switch that can replace the standard pilot to help cure the out pilot problem?
