@Jim K. well, if you want to always take what I say to the extreme, i suppose I would have to say that the scenario you laid out is a trap - declining folks for political ideology is, i am pretty sure, illegal,,,,   So hopefully this individual would not pass my other screening.

I feel that these are just scratching the surface of this conversation & I have had long conversations with many people about these things but my personal philosophy is that these ideologies all are worth considering but at the end of the day, action is what will prevail.

Notice I didn't say illegal.Your ideology that meeting many Realtors because they may have different opportunities is partially sound, although understand that other than their own listings, many are connected to the same people in this industry and have access to the same deals.

It's their method of political pandering to the under-educated in order to obtain votes for a particular ideology (and/or they're just jealous and want to bring others down).Start encouraging kids to learn, to innovate and to think creatively (as opposed to telling them that education is just a waste of time and money) and start spending money on our educational infrastructure (so that college really isn't just a waste of time and money), and the economy will be just fine.It's been proven time and again both here and abroad...
