The only Military Branch affected is the Coast Guard who falls under Department of Homeland Security.

They typically are only going to give you a 65-75% HELOC on a home. Land

Not sure how it is in other areas of the country but there seems to be an uptick in the number of home purchases made by multiple family members who intend on living in the home. Land
