Does the tree hang over the property line onto your property?

Almost all major cities have these hangovers. b) Like many urban cities there has historically been crime and poverty in many areas.

With it being 6 days, and you knowing they are leaving  (assuming they plan on it), and knowing you don't have a contract to enforce, or security deposit to hang over their head, I'd go in and try to be nice.

At the very least I'd trim back any branches that hang over the roof.

I wonder if in some markets the hangover inventory of the last 10 years is finally clearing out and there simply is not the inventory out there at this time.. as the markets have rebounded..

So if you make a mistake, or you miss a form, or give the wrong form, or you handle something the wrong way, or you say something, or don't say something, that liability can hang over you for the rest of your days.It's worth your money to have a professional help you through the process - especially when you have no clue what the process is.
