I’ve  always loved houses and the building process since I was a little girl watching my dad.

The girl I believe her name was Victoria with Lighthouse - was not very friendly at all.

He immediately jumped and started swiping them off himself with his hands, yelping like a little girl!

Wow, girl...you soaked up the information and took quick action.

Something to ponder as you ask for input on the BRRRR.  

(We knew the parents so my wife just about adopted these sheltered girls).The OTHER girl's BMW would not start & it was blocking her vehicle against the 2 car garage & she has to get to her Gross Anatomy final (Yep final year pre-med).The wife went over (2 miles away) opened the garage door (no-one ever parked in as they had already lost the remotes) and she was able to drive into the garage & back it out.Same girls called the wife @ 11pm for baking soda to make cookies.

You can add more veterans to add more units but they may not want to tie up their entitlement into this venture unless it brings in some major profits, or else they can go acquire their own owner occupied 4 unit & make their own profits.I'd love to brainstorm more about this idea with you if you're still pondering it yourself!

Last fall our girls soccer team had a game canceled because one of her friends found a dead body just off the pitch near the parkway.  

@Denis Ponder I'm pretty sure that this is not possible.
