What ever happened to the lawsuits that were filed?

You have to complete Schedule E if you have rentals.You should check if the turbo tax premier version allows the filing of Schedule E.With that said, using a software like Turbo Tax will assume you to understand what is deductible.If you work with a tax professional, you are more likely to have an accurate return.

The forms are online, and it costs $100 per filing. 

I have a home in Flagstaff, AZ that is on 2.5 acres and backs up to undeveloped state land. 

I have had to file claims with airbnb insurance twice and both times airbnb quickly paid out in full.

Then moved into building and selling and keeping spec houses as rentals in AZ. 

I'm trying to line up my docs/files for completing my tax return.

Should I file suit to make them sell the property?
