Fears/risks: the underwriting projection seems too good which likely means very aggressive.  

What's your biggest fear about leaving your market?

My biggest fear is that if I ever were to quit my job, I would no longer be able to invest in more real estate (not sure if I would qualify for loans as easily). 

One more thing to add, you can't let fear be part of your decision making.

But I fear the consequences of my learning curve. 

That first post from 15 years ago was a little convoluted.  1031 exchanges are nothing to be fearful of. 

Operators tell me that the objection to the costs are from the children of the elder who don’t want mom to spend down her savings, fearing that she will run out of money and that there will not be any left to pass down to the kids.

I fear i may be a bit aggressive on my allocation (i fear i am more likely low than high, i like my underwriting to be conservative).  

I had fear + uncertainty going into Doorvest so I asked alot of questions, but she went through all the questions in details and emphasize with my situation. - The appointment was generally about going over questions, but also another part of figuring out my investment appetite.

I've never been through this process and it's my biggest fear because it seems to be SO costly!
