I guess if I were staying in a top dollar place, I would expect more fanciness, but I don't stay in those places.

Someone asked if you were a legitimate company, and it is my (and MANY other people's ) opinion you are not.You teach fake SEO and drive a massive amount of shady backlinks to their site to see instant bumps in rankings, and that makes all your students think that what you are offering works,  disguised as fancy charts and graphs.

But before we go on the quest for all the fancy amenities, I think a lot of STR owners should focus on the basics first.Just my .02

I had to remodel all of them to compete with new builds .. so that is something you dont model up front in your fancy calculator..

@Matt Honeyford I would love to discuss my strategy with you. i mean it a simple BRRR strategy really, nothing too fancy.

It needs to be as simple and efficient as possible.Some of our Clients get caught up in having these super complicated (fancy) entity structures for maximum protection.

They boast a robust portfolio management suite with some fancy bells and whistles, but they're using independent third party contractors to scale on the ground.
