Experienced investors typically value properties like yours by analyzing cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and income growth potential.

I’m reaching out for some advice from all the experienced investors out there.

Connecting with experienced investors or joining local real estate groups can provide valuable insights and help you avoid costly mistakes.

Biggest red flag, many EXPERIENCED and NEW LOs do is overpromising and under delivering. 

I want to use this forum to meet other real estate professionals (experienced and newbies) and hopefully find business partners.

Where I’m Focusing: Ohio (Dayton and Cincinnati) — I already have trusted partners for renovation and construction.Investment Strategies: I’m interested in fix-and-flip and BRRRR.Open to Networking: Real estate agents, investors, contractors, and anyone passionate about real estate.My Goal: To learn from experienced investors, share ideas, and build a scalable real estate business.Looking forward to connecting and learning from this great community! 

You can also partner with experienced investors who have the funds but need someone to find and manage properties.

That being said, I still want to pull my hair out sometimes because of the difficulties investing and working here.
