Those make sense and cash flow well.

There are more buyers for SF homes, but Multifamily properties typically cash flow better as you mentioned. 

Your best bet would be creating it yourself in excel.

LTR so it might be higher just because your agent doesn't have as many options to check with.All that said, Foremost is an excellent carrier and I would not hesitate to use them.
